— this category includes forks designed for serving salad. Such devices are quite long, and by design, two main varieties can be distinguished among them. The first are models of a classical design, reminiscent of enlarged table forks. The second are original devices that combine a spoon and a fork: the design has a characteristic bowl with small teeth in the front or a long slot dividing it into two “teeth”. This form facilitates the imposition of finely chopped, "crumbly" salads and at the same time retains the main property of the fork — the ability to, if necessary, chop a piece of a particular product.
