Coffee sets

 

— one feature of coffee sets is that they are often sold as separate sets of cups and sets of saucers. And even in sets with cups, there are usually no utensils for pouring the finished drink into cups (coffee pot, French press, etc.). This is due to the peculiarities of coffee as a drink: it can be prepared in different ways, and many of them involve pouring into cups from a container that is not included in the service (Turks, a coffee maker's regular coffee pot). Coffee cups themselves are usually somewhat smaller than tea cups, and they can also have thicker walls.
