Rectangular terrines

With an equal length (see "Size"), rectangular roasters are more capacious than traditional oval ones, however, they take up more space, and it is rather difficult to ensure uniform heating of such dishes using stove burners. Therefore, the main purpose of such dishes is primarily cooking in the oven.
