— a conventional drawer is convenient for storing materials that do not need to be hidden in the main compartment of the safe, but still need to be hidden from strangers — for example, for current documents of a low degree of secrecy. Also note that the drawer is often equipped with its own lock. Hacking such a drawer is, of course, easier than the main compartment of the safe, but without special tools it is very difficult, and most often impossible at all.
