Gymnastic clubs
Gymnastic clubs
— an equipment used to develop coordination of movements and improve joint mobility. Gymnastic clubs allow you to make swing dynamic movements with your hands (circles and a windmill), as well as throwing, juggling, etc. Clubs have a pin-shaped shape. They are made from wood or rubber. The length of the club can be from 400 to 550 mm, weight from 150 to 500 g. The dimensions and weight of the clubs must correspond to the age category and constitution of the user. This projectile is used in rhythmic gymnastics and dance art. When performing solo, 2 clubs are always used, one in each hand. When performing in a group, it is permissible to use 1 club for each participant. No offers found
