Dumbbell bar

— the dumbbell bar is designed to install and fix discs. The dumbbell bar differs from the barbell bar in short length and is designed for grip with only one hand. The standard kit includes two necks, which allows you to use both hands during training within one approach.

Dumbbell bars may differ from each other by the method of fixing the disks. Seats for discs are pressed either with nuts or spring clips (clamps). Additionally, dumbbell bars may differ in the material of manufacture. The neck can be either metal or plastic. Many bars have a rubberized grip surface to protect the skin on the palms.
