Dumbbell

— the classic dumbbell is a sports equipment for weight training, designed for one hand. In light of the latter, dumbbells are often sold in pairs – for both hands at once.

Note that dumbbells can be either solid, with unregulated weight, or adjustable, with the ability to change the amount of weight used. The second variety is also included in this category, however, for additional convenience of selection, it is also placed in a separate paragraph (where it is described in detail). It is also worth mentioning here that adjustable models are better suited for individual use, and it is convenient, in particular, to make kits for public gyms from traditional non-adjustable dumbbells.
