Gymnastic rings

— reduced — "children's" — version of the gymnastic rings; full-sized "adult" rings require too much space and are not applicable in consumer-level Swedish walls. Note that we can talk not only about rings as such, but also about handles of a different shape — for example, triangular or semicircular. Anyway, from the point of view of training, such equipment allows for a very diverse use: both for static and dynamic strength exercises, and for elements of acrobatics.
