Swedish wall ladders
Ladder
— in this case, we mean a rigid ladder, in which both the crossbeams and vertical supports are made of solid materials (as opposed to a rope one — see the relevant paragraph). Initially, the ladder was the basis of any Swedish wall, but today there are models where it is not provided — a gladiatorial net can be used instead (see the relevant paragraph). However, there are few such models, and a rigid staircase in one form or another is available in the vast majority of Swedish walls. This is a fairly versatile projectile that can be used in children's fun, and in strength exercises, and in stretching, and in preventive complexes (for example, hanging to stretch the spine). No offers found
