Swedish walls with captain's chair
Captain's chair
— a device used in combination with dip bars that allows you to train the abs by raising the legs or knees. Usually, it is a pair of vertical handles, one for each bar, and three soft pads — two on the bars and one larger, on the ladder, under the back (often made removable). To perform the exercise, the athlete puts his forearms on the bars, holds on to the handles and hangs, resting his elbows on the bars and pressing his back against the stairs. At the same time, the legs do not touch the ground, and they can be lifted or kept on weight, loading the abdominal muscles.captain's chair | clear | Save List |
