— it is inexpensive, sufficiently strong and, at the same time, very elastic material with excellent rebound characteristics. Chipboard does not tolerate moisture well, but in indoor tables (see "Class") this is not a disadvantage; therefore, almost all such models have countertops made of chipboard. But in all-weather models, this material is much less common — for a safe stay in the open air, special processing or the use of additional coatings is required.
