Mini stepper

— models of this type do not have a hand support in the design (at best, there may be the possibility of attaching expanders). This makes them easy to transport and simply indispensable for small or cramped spaces where there is no room for a traditional stepper design. However, in terms of functionality, ministeppers usually lose to their “older” counterparts, and for some exercises they may need additional items that can provide support for the hands.
