— orbitrek monitors pedaling speed, expressed in revolutions per minute (RPM). Data on high-speed modes are displayed on the simulator screen. The speed of pedal movement is one of the basic characteristics on the basis of which the effectiveness and efficiency of training is evaluated. RPM multiplied by the load level being used and the workout time accurately calculates the user's energy expenditure, and with it calories burned, as well as weight loss progress. The RPM value can be displayed either in real time or in dynamics, taking into account the stages of the workout already completed.
