Temperature control

— the ability to change the temperature of the water coming from the device.

Note that this function is not indicated for all models with temperature control but only for those where such adjustment can be carried out directly during normal use — for example, using a switch on the front panel. But devices where you need to “climb into the settings” to change the temperature (get to the back panel, open the protective cover, etc.) are not included in this category.

The adjustment is convenient in light of the fact that different temperatures may be required for different occasions. For example, some specific varieties of tea are best brewed at 80-85 °C, while initially, the temperature of hot water in coolers is higher — about 90-95 °C. It must be lowered to ensure the optimal mode.
