Sliding (open panel)
— the sliding panel in this case is a movable part of the air intake, which is pulled out before the hood starts working. This design is popular in built-in models (see "Product type") — it allows you to increase the working area of the air intake and, accordingly, increase the performance of the hood without increasing its overall dimensions.
