Stylus

— the inclusion of a stylus in the e-reader package.

The pen provides high precision when touching the screen and unlocks a range of advanced features that are not available with finger touches. In particular, the stylus can be used for drawing, writing text notes, and more. Styluses for e-readers are usually made quite thick, so unlike smartphones, e-readers are very rarely equipped with a slot for the pen directly in the body. Magnets may be used to attach the standard stylus, or a "slot" may be provided in the included case.
