This type of installation is extremely simple and quick - no work is required, just find a free area of the floor and install the heater on it. Accordingly, moving from one place to another is also not a problem - especially if the design has the aforementioned wheels (and almost all heavy devices like oil radiators are equipped with them). And the heater can be placed almost anywhere in the room - with certain restrictions, but the freedom of movement of such devices is still much greater than that of wall or ceiling heaters. At the same time, a floor heater takes up the most space, and there is also a risk of bumping into such a device and tipping it over.
