The Kyocera ECOSYS range includes monochrome and color laser printers that utilize a unique cartridge-free technology with durable ceramic components. The main feature of all ECOSYS models is their use of a durable amorphous silicon drum, with a resource life of up to 300,000 pages or more, where the only consumable is the toner. This drastically reduces the cost per page compared to conventional laser printers that use traditional drum and developer cartridges.

The Kyocera ECOSYS lineup includes solutions for various tasks and business scales ― from compact entry-level models with a print speed of up to 20 pages per minute to mid-range options with speeds of up to 40 pages per minute and duplex printing, and top models with a monthly cycle of up to 150,000 pages. Most models are designed for classic A4 paper, but there are rare options for wide-format A3 printing for working with large spreadsheets and presentations.

All printers in the ECOSYS series are equipped with a standard set of interfaces, including USB and LAN ports for network printing, and some models feature a Wi-Fi receiver for wireless connection from mobile devices and a card reader for printing from memory cards.
