USB-A port

— the standard USB-A connector installed on the printer's body allows you to connect various external peripherals to it, such as flash drives. It is mainly used for direct printing (see "Features and Capabilities") — in fact, all printers with such a connector support this type of printing. Other uses of the USB port are possible, but they are significantly less common.

Note that the dedicated USB port should not be confused with connection to a PC via USB-B (see the corresponding section) — these are two separate functions with different purposes.
