Mouthwashes

— antiseptic solution, which is most often used during the treatment of teeth and gums. The rinse has an anti-abrasive effect, which in many cases avoids unnecessary irritation of the oral cavity. Provides additional protection against caries and periodontal disease, but cannot be used as a complete replacement for toothpaste, brush, and floss.
