Sliding interior doors

Sliding

— a sliding interior door does not open outward or inward into the room but instead moves along the wall or hides in a pocket, freeing up the passage and saving space. This is especially convenient when there is furniture nearby, in a narrow corridor, or when you need to create a wide opening without hinged panels, which is why sliding solutions are often installed between the kitchen and living room, in closets, and in modern studio layouts. Compared to accordion doors, sliding ones usually feel more "grown-up" and reliable, look better in the interior, and are more pleasant to use, but they require space on the wall (or the installation of a pocket) and sometimes are inferior to swinging doors in terms of tightness and soundproofing. Example: to create a partition between the bedroom and the closet—a sliding door does not interfere with the bed and nightstands and looks neat visually.
