Thermostats with fixed hysteresis
Fixed hysteresis
— regulators with a fixed (unchangeable) hysteresis of automation.Hysteresis is the difference between the switch-on and switch-off temperatures of the regulator; for more details see “Minimum hysteresis." The fixed hysteresis, unlike the adjustable one (see above), cannot be changed at the request of the user. On the other hand, the absence of additional adjustments simplifies automation and reduces its cost, while the real need to change the hysteresis does not arise so often. In addition, the specific value of hysteresis in devices from this category usually does not exceed 1 °C. This accuracy is more than enough for normal domestic use and most other simple situations.
