At a minimum, we are talking about the ability to set two separate programs — for 5 weekdays and 2 weekends, but there are devices with the ability to configure each day separately. Anyway, such a timer is more expensive than a daily timer, but it is also much more convenient. It rarely needs to be reconfigured.
