The reverse side of these advantages is the complexity of the design and the increase in the price of regulators — in comparison with analogues with a fixed hysteresis. In addition, in domestic use, such fine adjustments are not required so often. Yes, they may be useful for users who are sensitive to changes in air temperature; however, adjustable hysteresis automation is better suited for more specific applications, such as maintaining a warehouse that may periodically store different contents, with different requirements for temperature control accuracy.
