AA batteries powered wire detectors

— replaceable cells, known as "finger-type batteries" (however, they are available not only in the form of batteries, but also in the form of rechargeable batteries). In general, they are widespread, but wires are used extremely rarely in detectors.

There are models that, in addition to AA batteries, are also able to work from branded batteries (see "battery"); they also fall into this category.
