Only horizontal bars are made spacer (see "Type"). The advantage of this option is simplicity and versatility: the structure can be easily made sliding to adjust to different distances between the walls, and for installation it is enough to place the horizontal bar between the supporting surfaces and use the stops. At the same time, the reliability of such fastening is noticeably lower than that of the interwall fastening, moreover, it strongly depends on the type of surface with which the stops are in contact. Therefore, this option is recommended only for athletes with a relatively small body weight.
