Oil

— there is a certain prejudice against hair oils: it is believed that being oily in themselves, such products make your skin too oily. However, this is not true; moreover, some oils are able to regulate the production of fatty substances and can help even with increased oily hair. The main thing is to choose the right oil and use it in accordance with the instructions.

However, the main use of oils is to strengthen dry and/or damaged hair. When used, such a product is usually left on the hair for a certain time – from 15-20 minutes to several hours. Then the oil is washed off with shampoo, and after rinsing, you do not need to use conditioner or rinse.

Note that some oils have a pleasant smell and also have an aromatherapy effect – for example, coconut oil.
