— jackets for dogs have a rather specific design compared to similar clothing for humans. They are also equipped with fasteners on the chest, however, in front, from the side of the fastener, such a product is much shorter than from the back. Also note that many jackets do not have sleeves and are actually vests.

The main purpose of such clothing is to protect the pet from the cold outside in winter and in the off-season. In this case, the jacket can be a good alternative to a sweater (see above): putting it on is somewhat easier than making the animal fit into the sweater.
