The NexXxos Full Copper HPE Radiator uses the same materials as the previous NexXxos models, but technically goes a step further. Thanks to the compacted inner construction, the number of water channels and copper fins could be increased. This means that a larger volume of water is in direct contact with the cooling fins and the heat transfer is greatly improved.
Connection options and mounting The NexXxoS HPE radiator has two IN or OUT connections with G1/4" thread in the front chambers. On the opposite side there is a filling or venting port, which can be used to fill and empty the water circuit. The radiator includes all screws for mounting in the housing as well as for mounting the fans. Additional screws are usually not needed.
The NexXxoS HPE Radiator has a special protection device that prevents fan or mounting screws from being screwed too deep. Protective plates have been placed under all mounting holes to prevent the screws from being screwed too deep. This protects the underlying cooling fins and water channels from damage.
All NexXxoS HPE radiators use Alphacool's patented locking screws. Protruding locking screws often ensure that the radiator cannot be flush. Alphacool's screw plugs are completely recessed into the radiator, close flush with its surface and allow for easy installation in the housing.
