JK Audio DAP2 Wireless Phone Interface
Simply plug Daptor Two into the 2.5 mm headset jack of any wireless cell phone that accepts a third party headset or earpiece. You can now send and receive audio from your mixer or tape recorder through the cell phone.Your cell phone will recognize Daptor Two as a headset which will disable the mic and speaker in the cell phone.Audio Connections - You may use either the XLR input or 1/4" input, not both. The XLR input jack is disconnected when a cable is plugged into the 1/4" input jack. The same is true for the XLR and 1/4"output jacks.Daptor Two was designed to take advantage of the increasing number of wireless phones that accept third party headsets and earpiece headsets. We've designed a circuit which emulates the electrical characteristics of these headsets. While some wireless phones have the 2.5 mm jack directly on the phone, others require a headset adapter which converts their proprietary connector into the 2.5mm jack. We do not provide this adapter.Features:XLR and ¼" in and outPassive, no AC or battery power neededRugged diecast aluminum constructionSpecifications:Inputs:XLR 600 ohms balanced, line level, 0 dBm max input1/4" mono, unbalanced, line level, 0 dBm max inputOutputs:XLR 600 ohms balanced, mic level, -25 dBm avg output1/4" mono, unbalanced, mic level, -25 dBm avg outputPassive, no AC or battery power neededSize: 4.4" x 2.7" x 1.2" (11.2 x 6.9 x 3.5 cm)Weight: 7 ounces JK Audio DAP2 Wireless Phone Interface.
