From South Korea
Zalman CNPS13X DS is a single-tower cooler from South Korea with five heat pipes, resulting in a TDP of 240W. The pipes make contact with the processor through a Reverse Direct Touch heat spreader. This solution is more effective for processors that consist of multiple chiplets (Intel Core Ultra 200, Ryzen). The plate is polished to a mirror finish.
Thin Profile
The smallest imperfections are leveled by the thermal paste, of which there is only a single-use packet included. Despite having five pipes, the radiator is quite narrow and will not conflict with tall RAM. Even in the first DIMM slot, provided it is no thicker than 9mm. The ends of the pipes are covered by a plate that serves not only for aesthetics.
Shark Fins
In addition to the RGB strip, there is a small screen for displaying the processor temperature. To activate this feature, you need to install the proprietary Zalman application. Besides the CNPS13X DS cooler, it is also compatible with Alpha2 water coolers. The fan blades have aerodynamic notches, reminiscent of shark fins, and a round frame to eliminate backflow of air.
