It might be fixed with software, but apparently, they won't do it. Rather short cables included, especially the 3.5mm. Software is only for the Chinese market, even lacking English language. After purchase, the microphone didn't really work, the sound was barely audible from it. The problem was solved after a year. I decided to disassemble the headphones and see what's inside. One of the most difficult headphones to disassemble I've seen. First, you peel off the double-sided tape, which, along with the clips, holds the ear pad. Then, it's better to immediately desolder the speaker. Unscrew the screw in the center, hidden under the glued black tape, and then pull out all the rubber legs that stick out around the speaker. Then the board becomes accessible. So on my board, one of the wires on the microphone (green) was soldered by 1-2 strands, and it broke off while I was removing it. The second yellow wire also came off (remained hanging on the central part of the wire, the fabric). I soldered everything back in place and carefully reassembled everything, and the mic started working normally, with good sound quality for headphones. I bought them, was thrilled, used them, and came to the conclusion that even though these headphones are worth the money—I bought them for 3000 rubles from Ali—you can find alternatives from other brands with better quality. Build quality, design, sound through 3.5 jack. When connecting via USB, you can get used to the background noise, but why should you? The MI GAMING HEADSET application, which I happened to download, occupies more and more RAM every second for an unknown reason — from 10 MB it increases to 600 MB in 10 minutes, and this is not the limit, moreover, disabling it does not affect the work of the headphones. A system glitch with connected headphones causes none of the USB outputs connected to the computer to work until you unplug the headphones and wait for the desktop to load.
