Sony HT-S400

The Sony HT-S400 soundbar is a mid-level solution introduced to the market in 2022, aimed at users looking to enhance the sound of a TV with a diagonal of about 43 inches without the need to purchase and install a complex multi-channel system. The acoustics are designed in a 2.1 configuration, which includes the main panel with two speakers and a wireless bass-reflex subwoofer with a 160-mm woofer and a power of 130 W.

The total output power of the system is 330 W, sufficient for full sound coverage of movies, TV shows, and gaming content. The Sony HT-S400 soundbar supports audio signal transmission via Bluetooth 5.0 and can also connect wirelessly to compatible TVs, simplifying installation and eliminating excess cables. For wired connections, there is an optical input and HDMI ARC, allowing it to connect to a wide range of sources.
