Short description:

The telephoto zoom provides a constant aperture of F4 at any focal length. The front and rear lens groups of the lens include two elements of low dispersion glass (SLD, Special Low Dispersion), which suppress chromatic aberration. When focus and zooming, the overall length of the lens does not change, which guarantees the convenience of shooting. The lens is supplied with a detachable ring with a tripod mount. The APO 100-300 mm F4 EX IF HSM is equipped with an HSM (Hyper-Sonic Motor) for fast and quiet autofocus (manual focus is still possible).
