The Salewa brand trekking tent can be classified as an advanced double solution. It is positioned as the best choice for hikes of varying difficulty (including mountain climbing) during the three warm seasons of the year. The model provides a reliable aluminium frame with arcs 8.5 mm thick, for which even short-term frosts will not become a problem. Thanks to aluminium, the total weight of the Salewa Litetrek Pro II tent is also small and equal to 1.7 kg.
A self-supporting structure is claimed for it, that is, a stable position without distortions must be ensured even without stretch marks and pegs. This feature will be relevant when setting up camp on rocky terrain or in the mountains. Even according to the manufacturer, the model is perfectly prepared for windy weather and is able to cope with gusts up to 90 km/h.
