I'm writing from my wife's words. The hair dryer is powerful, but heavy. After five minutes of holding it above your head, the weight starts to be felt. It dries long hair quickly and doesn’t over-dry the hair or scalp. The ionization mode didn’t impress me — it feels like it makes the hair a bit sticky. They could have made the cool air button fixed; with this weight, it’s not very convenient to hold it down all the time. The casing gets scratched easily under the sink cabinet, but it’s not critical for me, just something to keep in mind. A big plus is the narrow concentrator. With it, the hair is styled more neatly - the airflow is more precise than with a wide one, and the styling turns out better. I used a model with a wide concentrator before, and the hair stuck out in all directions. I haven’t used the diffuser since purchasing it, so I have nothing to say on that.
