Available gaming laptops from MSI with basic features and an affordable price. They are part of the MSI Thin 2024 lineup, designed for beginners and casual gamers who wish to enjoy the latest gaming industry releases without significant financial investment. The series is based on a hexacore Ryzen 5 7535HS processor (Rembrandt R, Zen 3+), providing good performance in multithreaded tasks and modern games at 1080p resolution.
Graphics processing is handled by a lower-end graphics card from the NVIDIA Ampere series — GeForce RTX 3050. Unlike newer NVIDIA Ada Lovelace and Blackwell models, it supports a simpler version of DLSS technology, capable of upscaling the native resolution but not generating intermediate frames. The DDR5-4800 memory configuration in all laptop modifications is 16 GB, providing a reliable foundation for effective multitasking and comfortable gaming.
The manufacturer has left the second RAM slot free, allowing the user to expand the memory up to 64 GB on their own. All MSI Thin A15 B7UC modifications are equipped with fairly simple 15.6-inch IPS screens with 1080p resolution, standard color reproduction (45% NTSC), wide viewing angles, and an increased refresh rate of 144 Hz. Among other features of the Thin laptops, it is worth highlighting the Hi-Res sound card, a convenient keyboard with solid blue backlighting, and a network card with a wireless Wi-Fi 6E module and a gigabit LAN port for direct network connection.

Do not buy this laptop, it did not live up to expectations. It works, can do something (do not buy this laptop) Gets very hot when playing games on medium settings, the sound has significant defects, and so on (do not buy this laptop, it did not live up to expectations) |
Great MSI, but has its "quirks" The lid and keyboard panel are made of metal alloy, while the bottom cover is plastic. Powerful components, by my standards, graphics card, CPU, RAM... Very pleasing to the eye, three-level keyboard backlighting. Normal UEFI with many settings (including overclocking), which can be updated independently of the installed OS. In Acer, UEFI updates only through Windows. Charging via USB Type C only works when the laptop is on. MSI, what the hell? Frankly bad sound. The touchpad rattles. The display frame at the MSI logo (at the bottom) bends very easily. There is clearly a lack of rigidity there. |
