The mouse worked for me for 3 years, after upgrading my desktop computer, I moved it to my laptop, where the radio receiver burned out on the third day. I used it for less than a year. After just 4 months, the rubber started bulging in areas where it comes into contact with the skin.

When I contacted customer support, they said they don't provide service and advised me to contact the store. When I mentioned that I bought it in the States, they kept insisting, like parrots, to contact the store.
Buy Logitech, they simply replace defective units with new ones. I have two Logitechs and had THIS. Instead of THIS, after getting nothing from service, I ordered another Logitech.
