20VE0053RA - a decent model for its price and it sold like "hot cakes". When I was about to buy a laptop and was choosing here on ek.ua, 20VE0053RA was already sold out, and I got the last model in Ukraine, which, luckily for me, was returned to the Foxtrot store. Although the model is without an OS, the USB created on the Microsoft.com website started without issues, and Windows 10 was installed without a product key, but with a purchased digital license it was activated as original. I got it because of the good GF MX450 graphics card, fingerprint scanner, 15.6-inch screen size, backlit numeric keypad, and the 11th generation Intel i5 processor. The motherboard is MBC20VE NOK I5 MX4508G_NTP_AWW, and the SSD is Samsung MZ-ALQ5120 512GB for NVMe. The RAM is also Samsung 3200 MHz. After registering the laptop on Lenovo.com, it pulled all the drivers and updated everything itself, even flashed the new BIOS on its own. In general, with this configuration, the prices at competitors far exceed 30,000 UAH. Of course, the N156HCA-EAB screen is where they really saved money; it gets very dim under side sunlight, especially when the popping UAC casts a shadow on it. I had to disable the UAC. In my opinion, the paintwork on the top aluminum cover isn't too great either. After several times in and out of the laptop bag, the corners and edges have worn down as if they were whitened with chalk instead of painted. This configuration has a good IPS panel "BOE-Hydis NV156FHM-N6A" with 100% sRGB color coverage and a TÜV Rheinland certification. There are no issues performance-wise, but I strongly recommend purchasing additional RAM - Crucial CT8G4SFRA32A.M8FR, which is 100% compatible for dual-channel memory operation, to unlock the machine’s full potential. No issues occurred with updating drivers and BIOS. The only real disappointment was the L19L3PDA battery with a nominal capacity of 3810 mAh. My observed battery life is around 4 hours, with 2-3 hours of video playback, even in power-saving mode. Screen, performance, keyboard, fingerprint scanner. Battery and, consequently, battery life.
