They differ from more low-cost models in the presence of a fingerprint scanner built into the power button, increased mechanical strength of the case and the presence of a TPM 2.0 hardware cryptographic module, which is necessary for strong data encryption using BitLocker technology and secure authentication in cable / wireless corporate networks. The Lenovo ThinkBook 15 G2 ITL delivers impressive computing performance with 11th Gen Intel Core i5/i7 (Tiger Lake, 10nm) processors with integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics. They work in conjunction with 8/16 GB of RAM (up to a maximum of 40 GB) and high-speed NVMe SSDs (there is an additional M.2 port for installing a second drive). All models are equipped with a 45 Wh battery (up to 6 hours of battery life) and support fast charging technology. There is support for Wi-Fi 6 and the promising USB4/Thunderbolt 4 interface.
