A practical docking station with an extensive range of connection interfaces, designed for seamless collaboration with Hewlett Packard laptops and notebooks from other manufacturers. Maximum performance can be achieved through the USB type C interface with Thunderbolt support. The device is crafted in the form-factor of a small TV set-top box with an HP logo and button on the top panel.

The majority of physical ports are located on the rear side of the docking station, including two USB-A 3.2 gen1 ports, a pair of DisplayPort v 1.4, one HDMI v 2.0, and an RJ-45 network port. There is also a slot for a Kensington lock for added security. On the side of the HP 26D32AA case, there are two additional USB-A ports alongside a 3.5 mm combined audio jack. Finally, there is also a USB type C port available to the user with fast charging support under the Power Delivery protocol, capable of delivering up to 100 W. The dock is connected to the laptop via an integrated 1 m cable equipped with a USB type C plug.
