HP's 2022 line of laptops brings together low-cost-friendly multi-purpose solutions suitable for office work and study. They will also cope with most everyday tasks, including video conferencing (there is a webcam), Internet surfing, work in undemanding applications, viewing multimedia content. Each of the models of the family boasts a 15.6-inch screen with anti-reflective coating and a resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels. Mobility and ease of use on the road provides a moderate weight (1.7 kg) and compact dimensions, including a case thickness of 18 mm. In addition, the rechargeable battery available here provides up to 9 hours of battery life. HP 15-ef2000 laptops are based on the AMD Ryzen 5 platform, which is represented by 6-core Lucienne (Zen 2) processors and integrated Radeon Vega graphics. The latter will allow solving basic tasks of 3D design and/or video content creation. Boost system performance with up to 8GB of DDR4 RAM (optionally upgradable) and M.2 SSDs (from 256GB in lower configurations). Among other features of the equipment, it is worth highlighting a full-size island-type keyboard, a two-channel audio system, the presence of a Wi-Fi 5 module and basic wired interfaces, including USB-C. We also note that all laptops of the family are made in a laconic design with a matte plastic case.
