The step length is 39 cm, which can be considered a fairly universal value for people of different heights, but the Q-factor (the distance between the pedals) is still greater than the anatomically correct one - 18.3 cm, so the exercises can significantly load the leg joints. It is worth highlighting the practical, non-slip pedals, the presence of additional fixed handles with pulse sensors, transport wheels for easy movement of the ellipsoid.
