The budget mobile controller from 2026, part of the X line by GameSir, designed exclusively for Android smartphones. This is a simplified version of the more advanced models in the series — the manufacturer removed certain features like wireless mode and standalone power, which significantly reduced the price and made the device an entry point into mobile gaming with full-fledged buttons.

The GameSir X5 Lite gamepad connects directly via USB-C on the smartphone: the connection is wired, with no wireless signal delay, the power comes from the phone, so the device doesn't need a battery — this reduces the weight to 135 g and simplifies use. The construction is telescopic: the smartphone is inserted between two halves of the body through an overlay mount, turning the device into a portable console in the Nintendo Switch format for cloud services (Xbox Cloud Gaming, GeForce Now), remote streaming from a PC, or PC emulators on Android.

Despite its budget positioning, the analog sticks are made with Hall sensors — distinguishing this model from most entry-level competitors, which typically use potentiometers prone to drift. The sticks are positioned asymmetrically, conforming to the Xbox layout. Adding to the controls are a 4-direction D-pad, two bumpers, two analog triggers, and standard system keys — a total of 12 buttons. Vibration feedback is present and activates in games that support gamepads. The body is made of plastic, designed to fit smartphones of different sizes due to the sliding mechanism. Fine-tuning of buttons and sticks is available through the GameSir Nexus app.
