A very advanced digital camera, by and large not classified as “mirrorless” only because of the impossibility of changing optics. It carries an APS-C format matrix with a resolution of 12.3 megapixels and sensitivity up to ISO 12,800, as well as a hybrid viewfinder with the ability to work in optical and electronic modes. The lens has a fixed focal length of 35mm (35mm equiv.). Another feature is direct access to the main shooting parameters through mechanical controls. At the same time, in addition to photos, video recording in HD is also provided.

Does a full frame make a difference? Is it worth buying a full-frame camera?Do I need to spend money on an expensive full frame or is it better to buy a cropped camera?..

Additional features digital camera Fujifilm FinePix X100:
  • There is a version of the X100 Limited Edition, which differs only in black and extended equipment (leather case, lens cap)
Fuji FinePix X100
Fuji designers have developed a worthy competitor for the Leica X1 and Olimpus EP-1. The Fuji FinePix X100 has a sleek, high quality body in the style of classic 50s rangefinders that includes leather, metal and magnesium alloy.

Lens:
The camera is equipped with a wide-angle, fast F2 23mm Fujinon prime lens with Super EBC Coating and a built-in ND filter to increase depth of field in high light conditions at maximum aperture.

The lens consists of 8 elements (including 2 aspherical elements), which are enclosed in 6 groups. It also uses a rounded 9-blade diaphragm.
The lens supports macro shooting at a distance of 10 cm.

Matrix:
The FinePix X100 camera is equipped with an exclusive high-performance 12 Mp. APS-C CMOS sensor (crop factor 1.52x) with a sensitivity range of 200 – 6400 ISO and the ability, in pixel reduction mode, to increase up to 12800 ISO units. The matrix allows you to take pictures with a resolution of 4000x3000 pixels.

CPU:
The powerful heart of the camera is the high-performance Fuji EXR processor, which has a fast CMOS sensor reading speed and an advanced EXR focus system, which ensures high autofocus performance.
The processor allows you to record HD video at a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (30 fps) with support for a stereo track.

Display:
The camera is equipped with a large 2.8-inch LCD display with a resolution of 460,000 dots that supports live view mode.

Sighting occurs using a hybrid viewfinder (Hybrid Viewfinder), which combines optical and electronic components. The photographer can choose the viewfinder mode (optical 0.5x or electronic). The viewfinder electronics has 1,440,000 million sub-pixels at a refresh rate of 60 Hz. At the same time, it is possible to overlay images obtained from different sources.
