shoot in 6MP set Wide Dynamic Range to 400, leave everything else on auto, and you'll be happy. The photos are wonderful. An interesting feature is that although the photos look somewhat noisy on the monitor, they appear very lively when printed. There's no Canon's watercolor effect or Nikon's excessive sharpness. It's pure Fuji, not a product of international cooperation. P.S. I work in a photo lab... I've seen a lot

Do not buy if you do not understand the shooting modes and intricacies.

The camera is mediocre. I took a long time choosing and reading about the features, I wanted it to shoot HD video. Everything seemed good according to the descriptions, BUT in reality, it turned out not to be as good. The video is TERRIBLE! Most likely, it's 640x480 interpolated and cropped to 1280x720. Photos IN ALL MODES at 12MP are grainy, and object boundaries are jagged. REALLY, it's 6MP! When selecting the shooting mode with a timer or burst mode, it lasts for 1 shot. Then you have to choose again. To get more or less decent shots, you need to set everything manually and only in EXR mode. The labels during face recognition only get in the way when shooting (IMHO). If you need a good auto mode and video, you're better off buying a Canon or Samsung.
Zoom, manual settings, large screen
Video, automatic modes, too many unnecessary shooting programs, selected shooting modes are not recorded (see comment).

If you CHANGE cameras like SOCKS, then THIS SOAP DISTILL MAY make you happy. I expected to use the FUJI E80exr device for several years, so for ME it turned out to be a WASTE OF MONEY. The cameras of FUJI's competitors, although they play with them somewhat, HAVE A REAL WARRANTY IN RUSSIA AND GOOD REPAIRABILITY - with a MORE SERIOUS DEFECT AFTER A FALL from a 3-meter height. I GOT NIKON IN ORDER for 40% of the price, for example.
The point-and-shoot camera is better than many with an emphasis on the ability to shoot under unfavorable conditions (from afar, in low-light conditions, when you cannot use a flash)
A DISPOSABLE CAMERA with VERY LOW MECHANICAL STRENGTH. The BATTERY is weak, the terms of the guarantee, upon careful study, do not allow us to count on repairs in practically significant cases.
