Devialet Phantom I 108

In 2021, the French company Devialet continued its line of premium multimedia systems for the home with the Phantom I 108 model. The stylish, ergonomic oval-shaped speaker received a literally “cosmic” design, thanks to which it deserves to become a central piece of furniture. An interesting option is different types of stands, on a wide platform or on a tripod, which significantly expand the interior possibilities of the Phantom I 108.

Acoustics is available in black and white with gold accents. As for the sound of the Phantom I 108, the proprietary DAC built into the Devialet 24 bit / 96 kHz intelligent processor, as well as the Grade 1 titanium tweeter and aluminium midrange and bass drivers with a total power of 1100 W RMS are responsible for it. The system performs much better than you would expect from it, clean, rich and bright across the entire frequency range of 14 - 27,000 Hz.

There are no connection issues either. Devialet Phantom I 108 supports synchronization via Bluetooth 5.0, dual-band Wi-Fi, Ethernet RJ-45 1Gbps, Multiroom up to 8 devices. Airplay2, Spotify Connect, Roon Ready, UPnP Renderer and Toslink optical input are also at your disposal. The system can be controlled from a remote control or through Devialet's proprietary mobile app for Android and iOS.
