The debut model of 2025 in the CATEYE brand lineup is a mid-budget bike light for comfortable and safe rides at different times of the day. The model is notable for its durable aluminum body with basic water resistance conforming to the IPX4 standard. The utilized diode provides a luminous flux of up to 900 lm, ensuring good road visibility even away from well-lit urban streets.

It also features the proprietary OptiCube lens with wide diffusion and improved side visibility. The CATEYE AMPP900 bike light supports 5 operating modes, including various brightness settings (besides the maximum of 200 and 400 lm), a special cycle for daytime operation called Daytime HyperConstant, and flashing modes. Other features include a memory function for the last active settings, and the ability to activate maximum light output with a double press of the power button. An interesting aspect of the model is the lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 3000 mAh: it guarantees 2 to 5 hours of autonomy with constant lighting, supports 3-color charge level indication, and charges via a USB-C port. The accessory comes with a proprietary FlexTight bracket — a flexible strap compatible with bicycle handlebars of different diameters.
