The flasher from the CATEYE brand can be classified as an advanced bicycle accessory and recommended to demanding users. It is capable of enhancing the safety of cycling during the daytime and at night, under various weather conditions — both on a bright sunny day and in precipitation (by the way, the water resistance class meets the IPX4 standard). The CATEYE ViZ 450 bike light features 5 LEDs and a proprietary OptiCube lens, providing a wide illumination of 300 degrees and improved side visibility of red light.

Users are offered 4 operating modes, including the optimal Daytime Hyperflash for day rides with a maximum brightness of up to 450 lm and a special Group Ride mode for peloton riding without blinding other cyclists. The flasher is powered by a lithium-ion battery, which comes with a low charge indicator and should provide from 5 to 65 hours of autonomous operation. The subsequent charging process is carried out via a Micro-USB port and should take about 3.5 hours.
