A little chipped off the tip, and the small plastic cap began to loosen over time. There are plenty of pros and cons to this pitcher, but overall I got what I wanted. I can't say I'm dissatisfied with it, as it performs its intended function of providing clean water. My first pitcher, and after a year, I'm completely satisfied with it. I bought it together with a new kettle, and throughout this time, thanks to the pitcher, there is absolutely no scale in the kettle, and I haven't had to clean it yet. After changing the cartridge, the taste of the water is very soft, and it's quite noticeable how the water becomes harder towards the end of the cartridge's life. Compatible with new Brita Maxtra Plus cartridges. The need to change the cartridges every month and the high cost of the cartridges compared to alternatives. Not the most convenient calendar for recording the next cartridge change date, the wheel is very tight. Over time, a residue forms on the filter's closing spout, which ends up interfering with the proper closure of the spout, and overall, a residue forms on the top cover, which is difficult to get rid of. The German Brita Marella XL pitcher holds 3.5 liters of filtered water and over 2 liters of untreated liquid. The design of the funnel is made in such a way that when pouring water from it does not mix with clean water.
Ergonomic lid
One of the most thoughtful elements of the model is the lid.
