Wireless on-ear full-size closed-type bluetooth headphones from the Japanese brand Audio-Technica, which are distinguished by impeccable sound quality and excellent autonomy. They are a modification of the popular ATH-M20x entry-level studio headphones, to which they screwed a Bluetooth receiver, added a microphone and finalized the speakers. With this approach, the headphones take the best of three worlds: they can be used as a wireless headset for calls, as classic headphones for home, or as a recording and studio tool.

Despite belonging to the entry level, the ATH-M20xBT stand out for its high-quality sound, which, according to many audio bloggers and audio reviewers, is significantly superior to the sound of other popular closed-back headphones under $70. In particular, they were equipped with highly sensitive dynamic drivers with a diameter of 40 mm, which, according to the manufacturer, are capable of fully reproducing an extended frequency spectrum ranging from 5 Hz to 32 kHz.

For most competitors, this figure lies in the range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. Thanks to this, as well as a relatively flat frequency response, the Audio-Technica ATH-M20xBT headphones are suitable for listening to any musical genre from techno and house to jazz and orchestral classics. The model weighs only 216 grams, its headband is upholstered with soft foam material that provides a secure hold, but does not press, and large soft ear cushions envelop your ears like a warm blanket, without letting in unnecessary sounds.

Connecting to a smartphone, player, laptop or other audio source is performed via an energy-efficient Bluetooth 5.0 interface, which provides a stable connection at a distance of up to 10 meters and demonstrates excellent energy efficiency. When connected wirelessly, a low latency mode is supported, which improves the synchronization between sound and image while playing games or watching video content. The manufacturer promises an impressive 60 hours of battery life. There is also fast charging: 10 minutes of recharging is enough for 3 hours of continuous operation.
